CRSTool is run by one person, Sang, who writes every page and checks every number against IRCC's official pages on canada.ca. Sang is not a lawyer or a licensed immigration consultant, so nothing here is legal advice; for advice about your own case, speak with a lawyer or a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).
